Super cheap! And the service was very friendly. A great price, especially for students, and it's nearby the Claremont Colleges (where a lot of us looking for storage at the end of the semester attend.) Definitely going to recommend this to people.

Clean and adequte for my purpose.

All storage companies charge too much, but I have to have some storage, so I have managed to find the best price possible on the smallest unit. I like the person who runs the place. She really cared about my need and made it pleasant for me to get set up.

Easy access , convenient hours

Access can be tricky. Metro Link,Gold-Line and local freight share property lines. The lanes are quite narrow. Prepare to wait as passage can be difficult. So local residents will enjoy these facilities best.

Rude, loud, and obnoxious manager

I was told that if I didn't have homeowners insurance then I would need to purchase insurance from them at $14.00 monthly. I explained that I do have insurance, they said great and waived the $14.00.but while on the phone with them they never once asked me to bring a copy with me on moving day. So I show up on moving day and wasent allowed to move my stuff until they recieved a copy. I explained then why didn't you tell me that over the phone? I couldn't move my stuff in until the next day and not once did they apologize or appear empathetic in any way. Instead the store manager went on to lecture me and bragged about how she carries her policy on her phone at all times. Good grief! Who carries their homeowners insurance in their phone? The only reason I'm using them at this point is because I had a packed Uhaul with nowhere else to go. Zero stars for these folks. So rude, loud, and just all around obnoxious.

Easy process

I was able to pull right and back my trailer into its new spot. Jose was very cordial and helpful, it’s been a great experience.

Worst experience ever

All staff in person and over the phone has no idea of what empathy means or if that word even exists in their vocabulary. 3 days in to the contract was my truck parked in the facility and so suspicious my the fence gets broken in and they take only MY truck’s catalytic converter. Wow

The customer service at this location was incredible. Juan was the individual who assisted me when purchasing a unit. He was not only helpful, kind, and informative but he kept a smile on his face the entire time. If I could give Juan more than 5 stars for his customer service, I would.
