This place is clean inside and out. The staff made me comfortable from the first step I took in the place. Everything was explained in plain English and we were done within 10 minutes. I do not have asked for anything else.

Clean, keyless, affordable

I was pleasantly surprised by how modern and clean the facility is. The rep at the desk was very helpful ave had me signed up in no time. I'm very happy with the keyless system and the price is far. I just signed up so I haven't had any billing or payment issues.

if you want old school storage with a padlock go elsewhere , if you want high tech security this is it !!!

Checkin was smooth, using the app for access makes it all easy, the facility was clean, well constructed, and as simple and hassle-free as I would have hoped. Person who did the checkin with me was super friendly and explained everything well.

The service and people at the desk are cheery and helpful. When calling the business, I usually have to leave a message, but I get a call back within a few hours.

Overall extremely worth it

The storage spaces are controlled by an app in your phone to be sure that no one else can get into your things it’s perfect and very clean and easy to navigate. And the customer service is excellent and extremely friendly

Terrible Customer Service

I have had my account since February/March 2022 every time I get ready to make payment there is a constant problem. Amber is very rude. Additionally, I have asked for management details to log my complaints. I am supposed to get an email receipt and invoice. Received none for this month and still have no idea what to pay. Upon notifying Amber her response was “We sent it”. Then once I added that I did not have it there was silence. Also my unit is broken. I cannot lock it electronically. Upon notification to Store Manager in April there was no resolution. My unit is still broken. So now I will be looking to corporate for a way to make payment. Store Manager’s customer service is very unhelpful. I need invoices and receipts to make payments and get reimbursed. I shouldn’t have to beg for the basic information provided to do business. I will be advising the better business bureau of my experience. I agree with the previous dissatisfied customer.

Brand new facility

I am so far happy with the customer service and pricing at this new facility. It uses bluetooth for entry onto the premises, elevators, and storage. I hope it's prices remain affordable.
