Public Storage - Novato - 300 Rush Landing Road

It would've been a four star, but they changed my mind.

The call right after I set up the storage was amazing and very quickly. I enjoyed the way "Sarah" was very professional and personable. The storage facility was neat and clean and the other staff was more than helpful. I would've given it a 4 star due to the key pad not working, but when I went in today they had the new key pads in and ready to install. I'm glad they are making sure it is a safe environment. Thanks a lot, Jason Shoemaker.

Love the access to my unit

Love the access to my unit. Cameras and security is a plus. Melissa in Novato was very helpful. The unit is clean and well lighted.

I've always had good luck with Public Storage. The various locations/units that I have used have been clean, and the employees have been helpful.

You step in, tell them what you need and in no time it's taken care of in a clear and expedient way. Melissa in particular was awesome!!!

Great staff

Great staff, facility, etc... Only issue is that the office is often closed while staff is out and they lock-up the dollies so you can's use them if you happen to get there when office is locked. Would be great if they left those behind the locked area of the storage facility and trusted people to use and return them.

Moving is so stessful in itself so looking for somewhere to store my things in the process is that much more stressful. Super friendly manager, they had a great move in deal, great prices, and the space was clean and I left feeling like my items being stored are going to be safe and sound.

Melissa is so wonderful ive been storing my things at this facility for years now. This site is so very clean and well kept and secure. Its always a delight to see Melissa shes the manager here and is so helpful and professional. Definitely no where else id rather store my things. Thank you so much Melissa for all your help!!!!

When calling about a particular unit, not available in my immediate area, the person from the call center located one nearby and made a reservation (including a text to confirm). Shortly thereafter the manager from that particular location called to ask how she could be of service. Wow! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I found the perfect unit and couldn't be happier!

Krystal was amazing and very friendly and helpful.
