    Overall everything was great customer service, friendly, helpful, pilot.

    10/10 rating Excellent customer service, would recommend anyone to come down and the this storage, they close at 6pm but with auto you have till 8pm to store your belongings.

    Never enough loading carts

    Site opens at 6am but thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s no loading carts until office opens at 9:30am. Got there at 6am with a truck full of boxes, it took me near 2 and a half hours to unload my truck which it could have been done in 30 minutes if there was carts available at that time, I complained at front desk later that day and I was told theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re not obligated to have carts and they only do it to help customers

    Clean and Safe !

    This is my first time ever using a storage facility and have to say the staff was very friendly and helpful to me. Also place looks really clean and tidy, which was nice to see since I didn’t expect it. Would recommend this to anybody! Thanks 😊

    Weird

    There was poop/pee in the elevator ; (this isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t racist check the location) a lot of the disgusting black people start problems in the facility. Nearly got into a fight ; check the cameras
