Excellent Facility and Very Helpful Staff

The staff is very professional and helpful. They helped me walking around the property, showed different storages available and helped me to book one with great value and offer. My allotted storage was clean and and tidy. All the paperwork and procedures were online and was very smooth experience. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

First time locker rental, not so good experience.

I registered online and when I arrived there was nobody at the office. The guy also failed to mention to me that my access code would only work for the other gate. There is no way for them to get you access to all gates, so that's lame. Overall, customer service is sub-par, average prices.

Excellent price and easy move in

Got a great rate for labor day sale. Easy access with app to open the gate. Only downside is no 24h access, else great.

Thanks to the customer service agent mr Sunil who has the expertise in customer service who helped me to get this storage unit and finish the paperwork in a very professional manner. I highly recommend this place is very convenient and friendly staff

Not a great first impression

I reserved and paid for my unit a week in advance. I arrived at the facility about 15 minutes before they opened and waited in the car. The website said they opened at 9:30am. 9:30am hit and I waited for about 10 minutes for someone to show up, no one did. I called multiple times and left a couple voicemails hoping for a call back. Around 10am someone showed up but she advised she wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t working that day, despite this she did try and help locate the person working should have been working. It took another 15 minutes for the office person to show up. I only realized he was inside because a customer was now standing at the counter. I attempted to open the door but it was locked, he ignored me and did not unlock the door even though I know he saw me standing there. I walked back to my vehicle to grab a few things and then walked back to the office and the door was now open. Once inside we took care of completing my my reservation. I got to my unit and saw they had provided a lock which was left inside, I closed the unit and put my own lock on the door and proceeded to return the lock to the office. The same gentleman who checked me in, had an attitude and said that it needed to be approved ahead of time and asked me if I had a disk type lock. To which I replied, yes. I also advised him that I had notified the office prior to my visit that I would not need a lock because I had my own. Without saying another word he walked back into the office, I then handed him the lock and he issued the credit. I have to say all of my other interactions with Public Storage have been great. This was the first time that I experienced anything like this as I have rented and are currently renting several units with public storage.

Clean and convenient and minor hidden fees

Nikki at the front desk was really helpful, and helped us get the trolley and space. The space itself was clean. There is a 25 upfront admin fee, and a 20 fee to buy their lock (which I think is worth it, since it's a pretty specific type and shape). Offset by the $1 first month promotion. Fees may go up in one month or in seven, but can only go up once a year. So that's okay by me. I'm still a bit paranoid about safety of the place, and will update this review in a few months when we check out.

Rental experience

We had to upgrade size on last minute, so we were scrambling. We ended up paying 2 different storage at the same site. They did not cancelled one we did not used. It was a little harder to deal with because we were in overseas and we were not able to visit the site. We were able to rent the right size but our mover had to wait for one and half hours for me to complete the e-rental process.(no one at the site for 1 hour) Then the elevator was shout down 30 minutes before the mover was finishing. The mover had to go back to the storage to finish up moving.......it was hustle. Now we are dealing cancelling the one storage we never used. The person at the storage site was helping me to complete to rent a new size.

Everyone from the first call to check in was great

We booked it online, everyone was extremely helpful and the staff has been incredibly nice, Only a few months so far but its going great,

nobody answered the phone

It just wasn't really explained that the lock would be in the unit already (may just be my bad), but when I called to ask about it, nobody answered the phone even though it was well within their office hours.
