A really great place that is extremely clean and well kept and has a very friendly staff that truly explains everything about the contract and the unit. This is my first time using a storage unit and the staff member who helped me was very friendly and explained all I needed to know as thoroughly as possible.

I was welcomed the second I walked in and was helped by a gentleman named Brooks he was so helpful and just authentically friendly it’s so hard to come by good customer service and he made us feel welcomed and appreciated and I would recommend this location to anyone looking to rent Also I booked everything online and everything was super easy I also signed my lease online after paying and made the process super easy when I came in all I needed was the place a lock and get my gate code so I definitely recommend doing everything online

Overall I am happy with U-Store It. The only couple of negatives I have is that I didn't recall reading about needing to purchase insurance so was surprised about the additional charge of $12.00 each month. Had I known about needing to show proof of Homeowners insurance I could have brought the paper down with me and saved the $12.00 charge for this month. Also when checking in it would have been helpful to be told there are carts that the storage unit provides if needed instead of having to find out from another customer after already moving in half of our belongings by hand back and forth.
