    Very stressful looking for your unit.

    It was very stressful situation on my first day at the site, there’s no one to meet me in the office, no one to answer my phone calls. After almost an hour someone finally showed up in the office and instructed me how to access all the codes. Worst part is looking for your storage, there’s no guide or maps where to go.

    I have a very low opinion of public...

    I have a very low opinion of public storage in general. most of your facilities are disgusting and the staff are even worse. That being said, the manager at the 8200 Balboa location is one of the very best I have encountered in my 30 different rental facilities across 4 different states. She is a true asset to your company, and if she ever decides that she wants to leave, I will be as well.

    My experience with the people working...

    My experience with the people working at Public Storage has been very expedient and smooth. Everything was explained very clearly to me upon setting up the account for the storage space and the facility is very clean and my space very easy to get to.
