I had three contacts and they were perfect from start to finish. The first was calling and speaking to someone from their website, this person was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. My second contact was with a location where I was then forwarded to an additional location that had a unit that met my size and price point which again in all cases everyone was helpful and the technology was streamlined and concise. I fully recommend this company.

The staff is friendly and helpful. No problem there. The site is clean and secure. No problem there. I wish the access hours at the 11620 Sherman Way, North Hollywood, CA location were later in the evening. Early closing makes it harder for working people. Also, the rates keep going up, all the time That's a negative.

Friendliest Check-in Ever!

Haden made my check in and move in the nicest and easiest process possible. The facility seems well protected and easy to use. I am perfectly comfortable leaving my personal things with you all. Thank you so much!

They are always so pleasant when I come in. I really enjoyed Phelicia's attitude. She has a great energy about her. I enjoyed Haden as well. Great personalities these two.

Needing to put tons of stuff in storage is NEVER easy. And choosing a good storage space can be even worse. But when I spoke to Phelicia on the telephone, it was her thorough professionalism and kindness that made the decision quite easy. And since getting the space, she is ALWAYS consistently helpful and ALWAYS treating her "tenants" with respect and patience. She's always working (it seems like 24 hours a day!), but she never seems to get burnt out. Storage can be a pain, it's hard work moving things around, it's stressful when you get there late, but walking through the door and seeing Phelicia's smile makes it all better. I wish she could train every employee at every company around the world! She rocks!

I'm so happy with the customer service at the Sherman Way Public Storage. All the staff are very courteous and professional. I especially appreciate all the help I have received from Haden. He has been patient, friendly and understanding of a complicated business situation related to storage. I am grateful for all the assistance he has given me. I will always use Public Storage for my storage needs now and in the future.

Turned my nightmare of a move into a lovely dream!

I went through an incredibly difficult move recently, but everyone at the North Hollywood Public Storage on Sherman Way was fantastic--a silver lining that brought me some peace. From the first point of contact to the last, every time I called or went in, I was greeted with a smiling face and respect. The most wonderful part, however, was that I didn't have to pay out the wazoo to store my things securely. I took advantage of the $1 for fhe first month deal. When I discovered I needed to stay for an extra nine days, Public Storage gave me a pro-rated rate so I only had to pay an additional $60 for those days in a spacious, climate controlled unit that kept my things nice while I focused on finding an apartment. Thank you sooo much, Public Storage!

Grest service prices are MUCH too high and long standing renters are penalized with increases.

The units and the building in general is clean and secure. The personnel are all polite and very helpful, especially Phelicia and Hayden. The prices and increases are much too high and are NOT competitive with the competition.

Extraordinary Customer Service & Top Notch Facility

Memorable Nordstrom quality customer service. Clean and well stocked facility with impeccable security. These were no sleepy eyed, bored clerks. The manager and staff were top notch and delivering their A Game. They even coached me on how to get my monies worth from the moving company. Their tip: Get checked in, process the paper work, and go on my short tour of the facility the day before my move to avoid paying movers to sit on the curb and smoke while I take care of business in their office. They easily saved me $60 with that one little tip.
