Once I discovered that my initial reservation was for the price and I needed to come in to secure the unit, I was off to a great start. Sheila helped walk me through the process, and I felt like everything fell into order for my move quickly.

We had a great experience renting a storage unit from Public Storage in Pleasanton. The reservation process was simple, the price was competitive, and service was great. Special shout-out to Sheila in the rental office, she was extremely helpful and friendly.

I was very pleased with the outstanding expertise, patience and extremely knowledgeable history that was expressed throughout our walkthrough. Sheila made it a nobrainer where our property will be held from now on. Visiting a number of establishments in the last week the buck stopped with Public Storage. From reserving a storage space on the web site, to completing the paperwork with the on-site manager, everything was very professional and went very smoothly. All parts of the transaction were clear, options explained and there were no surprises. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had a friendly, informative meeting with Sheila at our local PS in Pleasanton, CA. I needed to find a secure storage space close to home to hold items for a few months. I couldn't be happier for the help from Sheila and finding the space clean and ready to move in was great! Looking forward to a new friendship. P. I am impressed with this Storage Facility, It's clean, it's easy to find and easy in and out access. When I arrived , Sheila, the site Manager was very professional and friendly at the same time... I picked this one because their rates we reasonable compared to everyone else in the area.. Made my Day.. I highly recommend this place for your Storage needs. Discounts

I believe discounts should be given to senior citizens as well as when signing up for auto pay. Some companies do this to assist those living on an incredible small income like Social Security.
