    I've never rented a storage unit

    The price was less than surrounding storage facilities and a good deal. Angel has been very helpful each time we've interacted either by phone or in person. I noticed carts were only in the office, but apparently people steal them,so I understand the process to get one. The only negative: I did not like another customer telling me his unit was broke in and that he felt it was an inside job. I prefer not to know these things personally. I will hope it is a safe place for myself and my belongings. I wouldn't have thought otherwise until he had to tell me his story. So far, so good on my experience. The facility is clean and convenient to pull in and get to your unit.

    Carts

    I would give 5 stars but there is never any carts on site. I was there yesterday and only 1 other car in the lot and no carts
