Super Clean-Super Friendly-Way above expectations

We looked at a half dozen facilities in the area and were blown away by how clean this place is. Then, they quoted us a price and I had to ask twice as it was significantly below their competitors. We have a climate controlled unit and paying the same price for a 10x10 as we would have for a 5x10 at any other place. AND we don't have to worry about ants or other pests like we have at other places.

Great Customer Service

Well it is that time where a storage space is need for one reason or other, with that said I’ve been looking for a good Facility where I can store my belongings. My search brought me to Extra Storage it’s in a great location central to what ever area I move to. I won’t get into how clean the facility is because one would expect that with it being fairly new. So The next best thing for me is the customer service. After making reservations online I wanted to check out the storage unit when I arrived I was greeted immediately by the site manager Gabriel Ibarra, without hesitation he took me to look at the facility and the unit I reserved after looking at the unit it was not in the location where I want it to be so Gabriel‘s offer to switch me to a unit and more beneficial for me. It is customer service like this which makes me want to do business with this company. For me, i’m all about customer service so when I see it done so well I like to praise the individual because they are the ones that drive any business. Great job Gabriel and thank you for making this process easy and friendly.
