I've just recently moved into the Devon Self-Storage facility in Palm Springs, CA. After years of dealing with other local storage facilities, most of which turned out to be nightmare, I am absolutely happy to be with Devon-Self Storage, PS. Manager Erika Cardenas and her crew are the most accommodating, professional and terrific natured people I've ever worked with. Pricing is more than competitive, the facility is immaculate, and facility hours are perfect for me. Cheers to the Devon team!

Friendly, efficient customer service

We had a wonderful check-in experience, straight-forward, no hassles. Both people in the office were very pleasant, and the person who helped us was enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with. We were in and out in about 15 minutes! Our phone experience while making the reservation was also very positive!

No hassle move in. Some issue with an insurance charge add on which was quickly resolved by the accommodating manager.

Reserved unit late in the day, arrived the next morning and was easy to set up a rental. Clarissa and Heather were pleasant and efficient and the facility seems to be top-notch, clean and secure. Best storage facility I have encountered.

Don’t listen

We felt like we were being scammed, the person a the facility should of explained the promotion first and then try selling us another promotion, then didn’t clarify why we need insurance, it felt like it was being forced on us, We also need to rent a truck he never addressed the issue after we asked at the end of sale.
