I opened my storage unit which is very organized and predominantly plastic bins. There were crickets/grasshoppers all over the place. I have no idea how this infestation happened. This is the second time in two months this has happened and my first time reporting. This was reported to the front mgr on site at the DelAmo Torrance location. Cat. She said she was new and had no knowledge of any related issues. I have sent emails to former public storage contacts and some are no longer active and some no responses. I would like to speak with someone asap. 3108186410

From online reservation to move in, Millions of public storage online on Google search,from online reservation to move in, it was smooth. What's written on the website was exactly I got without Penny difference. Once I get to the storage facility, browse in the other unit was no problem, rather it was a pleasure to Mark. I took quite a time to decide between two different sizes bought I was not prompted to hurry at all. I was comfortable all the time and I am very happy at this time. This is my second time using public storage after the first one ended in the good experience and finished two years ago.

I came to this property to inquire about a storage unit and Tea Williams was nice enough to show me three spaces that might work for my needs. She was so patient, smiley, and held a great conversation with me. She made me feel very comfortable and confident about my moving situation.

Tea is absolutely wonderful! She was professional, quick, and welcoming. We had a horrible experience with public storage in the past, but she has definitely made up for it. Would definitely recommend this location over any other location in the South Bay!

I can't say enough about how wonderful TEA and BECKY are to work with at this Public Storage (PS) location on Del Amo in Torrance. TEA has an amazing attitude and was so helpful and patient even though I had to call her several times with questions. Becky was also great and gave me a tour of the units. She very patiently opened several units until I found one I liked. Love that Public Storage offers the first month at $1 for 5x10 units and there are no penalties if you do not rent a 2nd month. Any company that is so easy to work and generous with their policies gets my business!!!

Great Experience

I liked the experience. The service was great and courteous and the price was fantastic. I had a friend that had used this Public Storage in Torrance before and he recommended it to me. I have already recommended this storage to a couple of friends of mine. I also like the great access and the time is accessible to my schedule. Thank you very much.

Customer service is excellent

I was impressed with the customer service and cleanliness of the facility. I was not impressed by all the surprise "hidden" costs when I got there...one time administration fee, locks, insurance and so on.

Great service but surprise fees

The service was great, the girl who helped me out was super nice and helpful but I did not like the surprise fees... when I reserver online it came up to $23 and when I had to pay there it was $70!!!

Nice clean site. This place always meets my needs.

I have rented space here 3 times now, and every time has been great. Friendly service. Clean and secure site. Prices always competitive.
