7 inches short, but excellent customer service.

I rented a 10x4 unit...that had at maximum about 41 inches of depth, so it's more like a 10x3.5. I have fit my items in so far, though I have some more to add. That said, every single person I dealt with was professional, responsive, and friendly. If you're looking for sheer bulk, this might not be the best choice for you, but for the overall cleanliness, accessibility, and customer service, this is a very solid option.

From the time I first set up the reservation through the time to move in was perfect. Facility is clean, protected and staff is friendly. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Well kept property. Inside facility is very clean. Office staff very helpful and understanding. First time storage renter. Would love to have access later on the weekends but other than that very nice location over all.

The price, the location, and the space are all great. The only thing that I have a problem with is the hours of access. I know that they tightened the hours of access recently, but it would be better if the facility were open at least a couple of hours more per day. But, that's just me!
