I changed my initial reservation to an earlier day in the week to suit my plans, the manager made sure my unit was ready and finished the paperwork quickly. She's kind, funny, hardworking,and cares about the people she encounters at work, not just the bottom line. The facility itself is nothing special, the aisles are a bit narrow, but it's clean and the gate works.

The paper work was easy and minimal great customer service and took note of damage and what needed to be fixed before I moved in. Overall 10 out of 10 experience.

Upon my initial arrival, I found the facility to be neat and tidy. My unit is located indoors. Featurs a light which i love, and even has a pull string .

the prices are much to high

the locks on the units are to small, the property has not been renovated for some time now. Water leaks and damage on the inside walls of the units,however, the property manager is a wonderful customer service personal.

The grounds manager was beyond polite and helpful. She made it an enjoyable process and I’m so very pleased that I chose that facility. It was very clean and spacious. I will continue to rent my units from only them in future times of need.
