The Customer Service was outstanding/A. Susanna (front desk) was so helpful and she wentvtge extra mile even helped unloading some of my boxes.

Good and easy, would like choice of all that are opened though

John, the manager was able to handle a last minute change that I had. Good service!

Best rental experience of my trip so far

The best rental experience Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had so far on my move to this area. The man I worked with was very knowledgeable and treated me well through the entire experience. Very much would recommend this place to any of my friends.

Great service & easy, contactless, move in.

Did everything online and dropped off the trailer the next day. Super easy and no problems at all.

Great location, access and price

Great location, easy access and affordable price for storing an RV/vehicle. Glad I found it!

Friendly and professional service

Friendly and professional service. Matthew went above and beyond to help with decision making and providing relatable information to help reassure. Clean facility.

A place to store your stuff

Great experience with upfront honesty. The site is along the SA River and they have frequent break ins of the vehicles stored outdoors. They said they would be installing a better fencing system in the future... so we shall see.

Outside Storage Spot

This was one of the most easiest encounters with the storage of my R.V.! The office people were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable which made the process so much quicker and easier! I would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone.

Perfect location

Nice and clean place. The service is awesome

Great Pricing to go inland a bit

Nice to be in a gated facility at such an affordable rate. Not the best area, but price matches that.

I was in the market for a place to...

I was in the market for a place to safely keep our 22 foot RV van. the 2 gentlemen who I came in contact with were very knowledgeable about their storage lot and they quickly agreed to show us around. We decided to store our RV there. The paperwork was quickly completed and we are happy with the overall transaction.

Public storage is a great benefit to the community

Anwar and Mathew are great and I really appreciate the great customer service they provided to me when signing up! This public storage is a great situation and its a real benefit to the community.

Not Happy

As far as storage is concerned I'm happy. However, I really don't like the way your monthly rate starts out at a reasonable cost then slowly increases to an unreasonable rate. I discovered the only way to get around this is to shop your internet prices and change units, that's inconvenient. I had a 10x10 unit years ago that crept up to $200 so I moved to a 5x10 that crept up to $160 so I checked your web sight and found a 5x10 for $102. I took it and had to move, but, I have to tell you I felt taken advantage of. I am looking forward to the day I can move out of ps completely.

Very good experience!

I have been at Public Storage on 4501 ...

I have been at Public Storage on 4501 W. MacArtuhur Blvd. Santa Ana CA. The manager, Clint made my transition from one unit to another an easy transition & not complicated. I first stored with this location June 2010 then from May 2014 till present.

Excellent customer service and very sweet! Come see Marlin if you need a storage unit.

never got my invoice

Ok place, friendly staff, Hidden charges keep adding... Elevator is horrible to deal with, also I cannot get out the gate from inside. I have to walk around, put the code in on the outside pad and wait for the gate to open, walk back to my car, hope the gate is not closing and then I can leave, sometimes i've had to do this process twice. I am also set up to receive invoice notification on my email so that I can make my payments accordingly. instead I got a call at my work stating to pay my bill or else! THANKS FOR NOT NOTIFYING ME!!

Use this place when traveling to leave my truck good people clint very helpful
