Never having used A Storage facility before I wasn’t sure what to expect. Bill and Tammy were awesome. The place was clean they went out of their way to make sure I knew the rules and the easiest way to get in and out and how to keep my belongings safe. I feel lucky that I found this facility and recommend it to anybody.

I found this facility online with great pricing. It’s a little inland from the coast, but easily accessible and with gate access through your phone. Customer service was great, facilities are super clean and quiet. Price is almost unmatched for San Diego. All I was hoping for in a storage facility!

I would for sure have this as my go to storage unit. I wish there was more carts, BUT overall I’m happy. I feel like my things are secure and I don’t have to worry. Staff was super friendly:)

Exceptional customer service and availability on last-minute storage

I Googled for needing a storage last minute on a Saturday or Sunday I believe fortunately this is the storage that I found the customer service was absolutely exceptional I wish I could remember this person's name that helps me I thought I was going to get a 5 by 5 but got the next size up and yes I would definitely recommend just two words to anyone that needed one

I had a very good experience with the manager that helped me, as she was very patient, had a wealth of knowledge and strong sales abilities. I would recommend the storage facility to others.

Stay in the ground floor and you’ll be fine!

I rented a 10x15 in the 2nd floor as it had a great price. I am now dreading the day that will come when I move out. There are only two elevators for the entire building and not using friendly for moving. Elevators are slow. And one of them broke while we were unloading so we had to dolley all of our stuff through the first floor to the other elevator, up to second floor and then dolley to our unit. I was paying movers and this took twice as long as it should have! There’s no way to hold the elevator doors open. You have to enter your code every time. If you keep pushing the button to keep the door open it doesn’t allow you to help move anything and eventually the elevator starts screaming at you. Made moving in completely frustrating.
