Very clean storage .new door locks

I have used this storage facility before, so I was pleasantly surprised to be given a new door lock. The person at the check-in desk was friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Don't bait & switch

I booked a unit online specifically for vehicle storage. Nothing I saw online said anything about bringing floor covering in case of leaks nor anything about mandatory insurance on the unit. When I arrived with little time to spare before heading to the airport, I was hit with the insurance requirement & insistence that I put something on the floor to guard against leaks. Not a pleasant experience at all & not something I would recommend to a friend.
