    Clean unit storage and wonderful customer service

    The young lady who helped me was friendly and provided great customer service! I never had an indoor unit before so I didn’t know what to expect. She explained everything well to me and I felt at ease. The unit was clean too. Thank you!

    Friendly and convenient!

    Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful - sharing tips and tricks that made the move in process easy and painless. The facility is well-maintained and everything worked as expected (doors, elevators, etc). The storage unit was spotless (as were the hallways and common areas).

    EXCELLENT

    Although this facility is immaculate and easy to use, what makes this establishment 5/5 stars is the Customer Service. This team is accommodating, understanding, flexible, and most of all...they truly show they care for your needs. If EVERY company had a team like this, their buiness would thrive. Thank you Extra Space Storage - 7539 - Newark - Clark Ave Team! Also, the facility is very well secured. There is a reason why you need your code for every entry..SECURITY. You cant ask for anything more!

    Best storage facility

    What can I say it’s a storage unit, BUT it’s the best price in the area, clean, well lit, secure building. With a professional staff and all around the best facility in Newark imo.
