    They forgot my key

    I got there almost at closing and they told me where my unit was but forgot to unlock it for me. And by the time I got stuff down from truck and to unit the office was closed so wasn't able to store my stuff and ended up having to keep in the truck rental and paying extra day for the truck smh only thing i didnt like since it was not my fault but theirs on not unlocking my unit, but as far as the place it's a new facility everything is clean and nice they give you a code and have to punch it in on every door and elevator its a little time consuming but there than that I like the code instead of a key
