Well organized and clean facility.

All the customer service and the organization of the facility are good except there is no light in the storage room.

Fast & Helpful Staff

The staff was very helpful and quick, walking me to my unit to be sure that everything was working well. In addition, the facility is really clean and well-organized. They have really thought through the process of obtaining and moving into a unit so directions for all the processes are clear. I did have a little trouble setting up my on-line account - possibly my own fault - but I think it could be improved a bit.

Their software & signs are really bad making customer service worse

Their software and signs on the property are really bad making customer service worse. Their agents don't get the right info or don't have access to do many things. All they do is redirect users to use the app.

The place is new and clean

I moved from a different storage place and this place was less expensive and Cleaner. If you are on an upper floor, you have to take the elevator and it’s a little bit of a hassle to type in your code before using the elevator.

Convenient location

I like that it’s right off the free way. The app makes it nice to be able to get in and out of the elevator without having to manually put in the code every time.

I was told by One customer service agent at one of the public storage facilities that they usually raise rates every 6 months.ЁЯШбЁЯдмnow that I completed my registration and paid,that it states that my rates will be raised in 3 months so I do not like that idea at all.ЁЯдмЁЯСОЁЯСОЁЯСОЁЯСОЁЯШб if I knew that would look elsewhere for a facility that locks in the rate for a longer period

Misdirection on costs

Listing storage prices without insurance is on the cusp of false advertising and then specifying a 5x5 locker without letting you know that it is a 5x5x4 only half the size that you would expect was totally misleading! And having to do an online check in without having the ability to see for yourself until you have no other options. . . I felt a bit swindled
