Issues with access & first month free misleading

My husband & I were very happy to have found a storage facility close to home with the right amount of space and value at just $18/mo for a 5x5 unit. However, we experienced some access issues with the entry gate and had to call several times for assistance. We were also told out first month would be free but we were charged the first month plus additional fees. The represntative told me over the phone our 2nd month would be free since we had already paid but then our card was run again after not even having the storage for a whole month.

Very clean

I talked to 3 different representatives before finally moving in, the first two where very friendly however it seems that they may have missed something because when I got to the facility and had questions it seems that my reservation wasn’t completed. The last representative was very thorough but too much by the book. I couldn’t get service on my phone at the facility and I had to drive over to Starbucks to complete my reservation before he would allow me to put my stuff in the unit. It would have been nice if he could have worked with me to make it a little easier or if I could find someone on the facility to help me finish up with my reservation. Other than that little mishap the facility is very nice and very clean. Price was very reasonable. I did run into someone that I believe works there on my way out.

Nice facility

Had some trouble finding an employee to help me with moving in when I got there at 10 am. I had to call a couple of numbers (local store and main) and send texts but no answer. Finally after about 30 minutes someone magically appeared at the facility. I did like that they provide a very solid lock and 3 keys. Hopefully th rates don't start creeping up.
