Good prices but poor move-in information

While the prices are good for this location, there was very little information sent regarding where my actual space was located in a complex that has three different gates. Therefore it was difficult to find the space and the information regarding how to use the door code did not match what was on the keypad at the gates. I also tried to contact local customer support, but was unable to do so as the voicemail kept sending me back to the original beginning and never connected me to a human being. Very disappointing!

Spare foot did a good job of helping me to find a place to store our RV but the actual storage company was not very helpful in terms of preparing me for the move-in or being available on move-in day

Staff is very nice, be sure you get a unit in the north building.

Good location, helpful staff. Be sure to get a unit that is climate- controlled as it is near the water. North building is the best choice.

No Customer Service

I was able to get paper work done quickly but when I returned to find my space I could not find it. It was after hours and there was no one to help me. I was not given a map or any information other than the number and what building. But the storage spaces numbers are not consecutive. There were no carts to move items and the gate locks at 9pm with no way out. Worse experience I have ever had with a storage facility. It should have taken only 30 minutes it took hours to get done.

Everything went smoothly, from renting on-line to storing my items!

The on-line process was easy, and the staff is terrific!!

Lowest price I could find. Quick and easy to secure. Twice as big as my last space for less. Friendly helpful people. All the codes worked smooth unlike my last storage. I Wish I came here first.

I had an easy time booking ahead on line and good customer support service. The facility is clean and parking plentiful. There were hand carts available most of the time or after waiting about 10 mins.
