Affordable self storage with one tradeoff.

Their prices are competitive, service is friendly, and is highly accessible despite most of the storage space being underground. The only thing I don't like is their access hours are quite limited. If you work a 9 to 5, it won't give you the flexibility to move and/or access your stuff after hours on weekdays. I wouldn't consider this a deal breaker, though, since it's all a matter of managing your schedule properly. Overall, the best value for self storage anywhere.

U GOTTA LOVE IT

Jenna and George are super helpful and treat you like family. You can tell they care! The facility is very clean, newly built, and very secure. I love that the facility is all indoors so you know its extra safe. Even though the elevator was broken during my move they offered dollies and carts, accommodated as best as they could under the circumstances. Pricing was fairly cheap compared to other facilities, but its the convenience of being next to the 10 fwy that makes this a great location. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience so far

I was able to speak to all 3 assistant managers at this location. They called me before my scheduled move in date to confirm everything was still set and even offered to have me come early if I needed to. On the day of my move, there was another party that was having trouble with the elevators and we ended up having to wait quite a while for it. We ended up staying till after the last time the elevators were working but they were nice enough to let us in one more time since we already loaded the dolly. I will definitely recommend U-stor-it West Covina to my friends and family.

Service was great parking, not so much

My husband and I loved this place. We moved in almost immediately after getting the storage unit. The only complaint we have is that there isn’t much parking but we were warned the it would be pretty busy due to the long weekend.

Price was low. Unfortunately I can't recommend because of my experience.

Rented a 5x10 as advertised online and on contract,knowing my storage unit size.. I decided to pre order 5 metal hevy duty shelves with (specific measurements) that would go all arround the walls of my unit to maximize space. Turns out the day I was moving in with all my stuff.. I found out that the unit is not a True 5x10 it was shorter approximately 7"in length and 6"width for wich i got very upset because i instantly knew that those shelfs wouldn't fit properly! like they were supposed to for the measurements, uhhhh "lesson learned..dont trust advertising and take a measuring tape with you" anyway so I talked to the manager of the site,explained the situation and righteously asked to be switched to another unit 5x10 with (TRUE) measurements like my contact said because i didn't want to be compromising in size, for wich he told me ((I we're sorry. Not a problem we will switch u just give us a few days to measure and find u another 5 x10 that have true measurements)) they didn't even call me, I had to follow up and when I did, the resolution was : Unfortunately Sr. All our units are going to be "APPROXIMATE" so I told them that that was an inconvenience because I was there with all my stuff, time lost and so that they shouldn't be advertising units with sizes and not letting you know that they all are "APPROXIMATE" until you find out yourself and have paid them. Long story short either the engineers didn't know how to count "or" this was obviously a plan to get more units out of the expense of your space.

I only wish my unit wasn’t on 3rd floor and far from the elevator. This place is super nice and clean!

Great space and staff

The location is very clean and safety/security is amazing! We were very happy with the office managers, they're kind, professional and courteous. We ended up upgrading to a larger unit and they were able to accommodate same day! We moved some of our things in same day as well. Overall the staff and location are great!

Very clean and organized facility. Staff was very friendly and the were very informative. My husband asked quite a few questions and the employee was able to answer the honestly and left us with a peace of mind with leaving our stuff there.

Glad to have moved storage facility companies

We moved our stuff from a different storage facility. What we really liked first off was the transparency regarding the unit we would be renting (we got to see it before moving in). The other place we moved from leased us a unit that was oddly shaped and didn't actually measure out (volume or area) to the size we were supposed to be renting. The 2 young ladies that helped us were great, and the facility is so clean.
