Easy process, quick move in

Reserving your space online was very easy. They kept you informed the entire way through and send you the details to access your storage unit on move in day. The facility was clean. So happy they had a hand cart to help me get my boxes to the unit. I thought I’d have to move one at a time. Also having to enter your code every time you go in is a great safety feature.

Check in was easy, service was good.

Checked in and was shown to unit selected online. Immediately decided unit too small and was shown a larger unit which I switched to and moved into at that time.

Moving out of state; need to store boxes prior to move

The lady at the office was terrific. Helpful, patient, informative; couldn't be better. One suggestion, our's is an inside space, it was dark and hard to see, and as such, a ceiling light of some kind would be great

poor doors on 5x10

should have metal doors on the 5x10. Hollow core wood doors can be broken into in 15 seconds. I can cut around that lock with a drywall saw. you make a big issue with your lock, but the door is the weakest link !!!!

Easy to get a storage unit.I would have wanted a ground floor unit,but took one upstairs. Use of a cart was helpful, only had to wait once to use it. Elevator was another big help.

Deborah's customer service exceeded my expectations! She was very detailed and thorough in explaining every aspect of the public storage rental process. We got a great deal on our unit, and I feel like my valuables are in great hands with Deborah and her team.

The customer service at this location is amazing! I provide transportation service for a group of kids in the Yorba Linda area, and this location made it extremely convenient for me, and my drivers to access. If and when I am ever in need of a storage unit.. I will not hesitate to contact Deborah.
