Quick customer service with a smile!

Angel has been awesome and has been very courteous for the time that I had arrived here. Her manager was also helpful understood everything from a to z contract was basically straightforward and the terms are very fair plus I saw my storage was very clean and it suited me for what I needed for it to do so the very day that I saw the unit I purchased it to get the unit secured and it helps to keep my stuff secured for the time being so I can get myself together and not have spare space for my stuff and this saves the day!

I don’t like the elevator I don’t like the lighting The door locks all look like they have been tampered with at one time. The razor wire on the fence gives me pause I think I’ve made a mistake

Quick and friendly move-in process

Isabel assisted me during my move-in, and you couldn't as for a better person. She was very nice, helpful and explained the process in detail. The facility was clean and straight forward. They do have a dolly available, so bring your ID if you need it. I only wish the gate hours were later. Thumbs up!!

We used the truck to unload everything. It is a clean place, they were fast getting us in the system and ready to Go.

Fast service

I needed a storage unit for an emergency move out and was able to book two different sized units immediately. I was able to see them as soon as I arrived and move in was same day with no wait. I was informed the switching sizes or floors would be no problem if needed. Also half of the smaller units are located indoors and its very clean inside. The problem iv had with the last unit(which was not this facility)was how dusty and dirty my things got over time. So im thinking that will not happen here

Help when I needed it.

I needed to rent unit while i’m In the precess of selling my mom’s house and moving somewhere else. The request process was very quick and Julie called me a few minutes later to complete the process. The facility is very clean and units are very nice. I will say thank goodness for the cart. It saved me. Thank you Julie for your help.

the lady helping me was very friendly. The storage space was clean. I just wonder how hot the space will get in the summer. The elevator seemed to be working good.And there was a cart to help move your things on site. I liked it.
