Everything at this site worked out perfectly for me and my needs. The site manager (I believe his name was Michael), was fantastic; what a gentleman.

Not professional with billing

I've been trying to contact your billing department regarding charges that are on my credit card by you and I have spoken to the front desk and called at least 8 times and still cannot get a proper answer. I have been charged three different amounts. One of them should be the correct amount but I need to know why the other two charges are there. They need to be reversed and I would also like an email indicating they will be reversed. This is very frustrating for me . I have paid a lot of $$ to move into your facility. If I had known it is this difficult to get a simple answer I would have chosen another company.

Exceptionally helpful staff; clean, bright facility

Kelly was exceptionally helpful and answered all of my questions. She provided me with a tour of the facility and pointed out all of the services available. We had previously met with Steve, who was equally helpful. The facility is clean and bright. A great experience

I was helped by Kat. She was very helpful and a credit to public storage. She answered all our questions and even checked with other public storage locations. She sold the Laguna woods location to us over other locations without being pushy, just informative. She was very honest with all our questions. I would definitely recommend this location, they go out of their way to be helpful.

Immaculate Facility and Steve the Property Manager was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and lovely to work with.

Elevator not working.

I rented a storage two days ago. Last night, I have full load of stuff to store. But the elevator was not working, I waited for over an hour. They still could not fix it. So I have to drive home with my stuff. I am not happy about it.

Irma and Steve were so friendly and professional! They went out of their way to help me. When I came back later that day, I was greeted by name. Excellent service! I rented at this location last year, with the same kind of service. That's why I came back again, without shopping around. ?

Convenient and reasonable price

Manager was courteous and helpful. He took time to explain the process for renting. The space was convenient for where we live and the price was reasonable. A couple of small points. If you don't have your own lock, they will insist that you buy one of theirs (at a suitably marked up price). They also insist you buy insurance from them (not mentioned on their website)

Steve was great at helping us get a storage unit and moving supplies. I would recommend this location. Steve also followed up with us to make sure we had everything we needed and billing info. Thanks Steve

Ronnie was so helpful! She was so knowledgeable and facilitating in rental process. Days later I came by the office and she remembered my name. I would recommend Ronnie and this location to anyone looking for a convenient storage site with excellent operations.

No Worries Choosing Public Storage

Moving is stressful enough without the worry of finding a clean secure storage facility in a short amount of time. Well, I was lucky to choose Public Storage to cover my needs and be advised by a fine PS Manager named Mark. He helped me choose the best unit size to store my possessions and gave me helpful hints how best to navigate the in's and out's of using the facility. I highly recommend Public Storage to every one.
