    Initial info inaccurate

    The first phone call said they had a dump station. Turns out, they didn't. Also a mixup on the rate. Lady at facility was very nice, but takes no respons ibility for inaccurate info not discovered until after all contracts signed. Also, unable to change review from 5* to 3*.

    Great facility, management was excellent

    The management team at the facility is top notch. I was forced to move from another self storage facility due to changes made by corporate management. CubeSmart on W. Bell in Surprise, AZ made a very easy transition. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage and covered parking needs

    definitely recommend using cubesmart

    Jennifer was on top of it with responses and even coming out to greet me when I first arrived. Great and super seamless contactless process. She worked in conjunction with another cubesmart location to find me the best deal for what I needed, even if that meant I go to the other location. I ended up sticking with Jennifer's location. She was super helpful and friendly.
