    Overall a good experience

    The experience with Smart Stop was good paperwork easy. The guy Kevin that helped us was nice explained everything. Couldn't ask for more.

    24hours access

    Only complaint would be the hours were allowed to access our unit. Its be much more ideal if there was an option for 24 hour access. I would even pay more for privlege. Just food for thought:)

    From finding a storage facility online, going in and signing paperwork, meeting staff, viewing storage area and moving in was so easy. Thank you staff for making everything so simple

    The whole process from finding the storage facility, going in and filling out paperwork, moving items into storage, was so easy curbed enjoyable. Staff was extremely helpful so glad we chose you for our storage. Thank you staff you're the best.

    Very clean and new facility

    Staff was very helpful, the loading bay was covered, and there were tons of carts there to help you move your stuff. The facility is a lot nicer than the previous facility I had rented.
