I'm simply trying to remove out of my apartment by certain day, but I want to be better prepared and have most of the stuff in the storage unit already. This will make my move and transition easy.

Overall, great!

There were a couple hiccups in the process, but the excellent customer service exceeded my expectations. One small issue was that they didn't have the size I reserved. The plus side was that they upgraded me to a larger unit, which upon inspection, I needed anyway. The other issue was that I then needed two (?) locks for my one unit. Considering the only locks they allow are about $20, this was a little set back. I also wasn't expecting to pay monthly insurance. But over all I am totally satisfied with the unit, location and staff.

Yes .. public storage accommodated me to the fullest. I called 45 min before closing, and got in there to rent, paperwork ,unload all before closing. Thanks for helping me through my desperate, and short notice times of moving. It made the last part of my day worth it.

Picked Public Storage for accumulative of reasons; location, security and seriously concerned employees. Even bypassing, my husband's employee discount from your competitor. So far, we are pleased with our choice and would recommend to others!

18 Wheeler

We chose Public Storage because of the price and we were told that an 18 wheeler would be able to fit in the compound. Sadly it didn't fit and it made things difficult for the folks moving our goods. I was told that the people that work there will say anything because all they care about is trying to get peoples business. There should be a survey in each compound to make sure what vehicles will fit when they come to deliver one's goods. Thank you!
