Great customer service I love the units big an cool inside. Love the option to access gates doors an elevators with my phone. Love that there is equipment to help move items to your storage. This is the best storage place I’ve ever had.

Very easy access even on the second floor!

We visited the site before we moved in. The assistant was very nice and showed us everything about our unit. We then moved our belongings a couple of days later and are very pleased.

Quality employee makes the difference

I am a 72 year old woman relocating to the area. The front desk person, Jon, listened to my needs and then suggested the most cost effective way to storemy items. He further made sure I had addressed the issues to i surance and mold if my items were to be stored for a long period. Both I did not need and there was no presure on his part. He took the time to show me the j it before I purchased. He watched as I practiced opening the main gate plus the jnit door. All are reasons I gave a 5 Star rate - it is about your quality employee.

First Time Using a Storage Unit...

This was my first time ever utilizing a storage facility and I am so glad I chose Public Storage (Oro Valley). I received the greatest customer service from Jon. He went above and beyond to help me from start to finish. I really appreciate his recommendations on make my unit ideal for my goods while stored. I am at ease knowing my belongings are as environmentally safe and secure while deployed.
