Poorly Managed with poor communication skills

Rented storage room on a Saturday because the movers were delivering the furniture on Sunday. The movers called me on Sunday stating they could not get in due gate not operating. There was a note on the key stating the gate had been disabled, Do Not Enter, Property Manager notified. Starting calling the Double Springs phone numbers, all when to voice mail. I had no idea what to do with truck load of furniture. What a disaster. Never got a call back from original call on Sunday morning. The attendant I met on Saturday indicated there were new owners that were greedy and did not care about the property other than the money it collected. He was correct. The mover agreed to keep the contents in his truck overnight for a fee, knowing I needed to get back to Texas for work on Monday. If this is type of storage facility Sparefoot represents, they will have very repeat customers.
