    Moving again

    Had to find a more affordable location for storage. Patty was very helpful and courteous. The facility is a bit older, so getting in and out of the side door to the climate-controlled units is a bit tricky. The drive beside it is narrow and everyone that comes and goes is using it as a main thoroughfare. Also, the garage door on one of my units is bent and would not come up easily, but I fixed it myself.

    Patty is genuinely awesome, definitely recommend this place.

    I reserved a storage room online and was having issues signing the docs for whatever reason. I called the office to let them know I wasn't able to sign the documents online, the representative said it was okay, to go in on the day of my move in and she would have all the documents ready for me to review and sign. Patty did just that, when I got there, she received me with a genuine smile and greeted me by my name. Patty's customer service was beyond what I've experienced at any other storage unit I've rented in the past. I really appreciated when Patty walked me to my storage unit instead of giving me a map with arrows.

    Clean quit friendly service

    Great convenient location. I am able to get in and out quickly. The facility is always clean. Patty the manager is amazing. She is friendly and ever so eager to help.
