    Registration process seamless follow through limited.

    The phone or online rental, (only options available) was as many over the phone experiences. Had I been better versed in the technology it would have been easier. But the person I spoke with on the phone was polite and patient which helped tremendously. After getting to the facility different situation. With no one on sight (on the day I moved in and the other days I’ve been there) getting information and personal assistance is non existent. The site manager did respond to my phone call but, my minor issue could have been resolved so much quicker if in person. So, it appears, that the process is effective but questions and issues are slower to resolve.
