    Overall very happy!

    The check-in and online reservations were super easy. Everything was done online The same day as move in. We were impressed with the security of the facility as well. Also extremely happy with the monthly rate. Thank you guys so much!!

    Not happy right now

    Let’s see after an of do this and that and thank you enjoy your move in I move in and than I’m told I didn’t finish paperwork and that I need to move into a different unit bc mine was under construction absolutely crap!! I have lupus and specifically told the person I needed a pull up unit and now I have to move out and into other one Let’s not mention I added my spouse to the account and he was told they couldn’t speak w him only me Not happy I wasn’t compensated for any of there mistakes Not happy I just hope they realize they could have had better communication
