    Overall great customer service and clean unit.

    The unit is clean the customer service is great. The price is competitive. My T HWY unit is perfectly located for me because I drive past it anytime I have to go anywhere.

    Unit well maintained and clean

    Very well maintained and clean. There was an issue on the unit I rented; it was smaller than what was expected. The management team allowed me to change to a different unit that I was happy with. Great customer service and the price is standard for area.

    Not Secure

    I was Originally very happy with the unit until my INSIDE unit was broke into and 90% of my belongings stolen. The facility claims to be secure with cameras but upon the police department calling, no footage. They are not easy to get ahold of and useless for doing any investigation on gate/door codes used around time of break in. I do NOT recommend Heartland Storage to anyone.

    Need to give correct measurements of unit

    Need to give correct measurements of unit when talking to customers. I thought I was getting a 10 X 15. When I got there with 2 loads to put in it, it was a 6 X 25

    Felt like my stuff was protected

    Multiple cameras on property have to type in my code twice before I can even get to my lock I feel like if someone was trying to break in they would have a hard time I feel like my stuff is safe and secure
