This place is a very good place to store your belongings, they are quick to fix any problems you have and are always on stand by through text or phone call to answer any questions you have. The staff is very polite and patient. And I got in and out in mins

Had to find something quick

I had to find a storage unit unexpectedly as my mom passed away and my family wanted her stuff and mine off the farm. I found Midgard online and saw they were close to my apartment and there rates were reasonable. Moving in was great and explaining everything to me was also great as I was not in a good headspace due to the death. I want to say I would recommend them to all my friends who need a storage and or rent a uhaul from them. Thanks for all your help.

Courteous and professional personnel, streamlined rental process and clean facility! The online advertised rental prices were honored and did not include any "surprise" costs. This experience was a pleasant reminder of old fashioned quality customer service!

One of the best storage units in Conway AR. I left and went to another local storage facility and now I'm returning wishing I stayed. The customer service and cleanness and safety of Milguard storage is worth returning to.

Went in to rent a storage unit and Paulette had me set up and in a unit within a matter of minutes. When I was moving in, she even provided cold bottled water on a warm day! Above and beyond that, I was able to get a great rate on a Uhaul truck for my upcoming move. I’ve had a great, hassle-free experience in dealing with StoreSmart-West Conway.
