Nice secure location. Very clean. The selling point for me was Bernice. She is really great at what she does. She knows her facility and is devoted to making her customers happy. Excellent at keeping in contact. I probably would have gone somewhere else if not for her, because there was not a unit available when I first looked. I truly waited for one to come available because I like her so much..

There is nobody in the Mid-South that does customer service like the great Mrs. Bernice. From set-up to move-out every interaction was approached with a five-star white glove mentality. She simply cannot be beat and this property is lucky to have her running the show. To the owners, your property is in top shape because of her. And to those that are reviewing sites for downtown Memphis storage, look no further, this is the place!!! Thanks Bernice!

Great experience. So helpful, very pleased with the incredible staff. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Jeremy and Bernice were very helpful. They told me everything about the unit and walked me through my paperwork. Great customer service!

During a moving process there are so many variables that can cause you to become very frustrated with it all,. However Bernice was very professional and understanding with me, so fortunately, finding storage was not one of those. I would definitely recommend her for all storage needs.

Bernice Johnson is so helpful! Whether I needed help punching in, locating a trash can, closing my account, or just to borrow her key to unlock the lift door, she was always there with a friendly greeting. It seemed like she even knew what I needed before I did! I would recommend her and this location to ANYONE.
