Great atmosphere

I give this facility a five-star rating for their cleanliness and they're easy access to get into the storage. The staff has been more than accommodating and understanding. I had lost my key at one point and they were right there willing to figure it out with me. They even worked on helping me by not charging me when my move out date was a certain day and things came up I had no way to get my stuff out on that day but they worked with me and helped me and didn't charge me like any of the other ones would have the staff is so great and so understanding. I would recommend this storage facility into anyone at any time.

Call center

The call center is the WORST to deal with. They are extremely rude and dismissive. They weee only able to answer basic questions and wouldn’t proved me with details. The only reason I kept my reservation here is because of the manager at the facility. She was so sweet answered all of my questions and even gave me a tour of the facility. The call center sucks and needs to be removed entirely. The money wasted on the call centers salary’s should go to the facility manager she is absolutely amazing and deserves it and more.
