Very easy!

Was very easy to get into at the gate. Finding our parking space was very easy. I just wish I could of rented a taller space. I thought 12 feet would be tall enough. But it wasn't. Our RV's nose is only about a foot under the roof. We wasn't able to back all the way in because of the cross beam in the roof about 4 foot from the back is to low. All of our stuff on top would be ripped off. Maybe I can trade for a taller one when one comes open.

I very pleased with how easy to get settled over the phone.

I have a trailer that needed storage and a previous deal had been cancelled by a competitor, due to they already had the spot reserved and I was told while towing the trailer up to Arkansas. I needed to get a new spot and I was worn out looking. Once I located an available spot, the process was extremely easy for getting reserved and paid for. All of this was online and I was able to verify the location before finalizing. I was moved in within an hour after locating. Clean, secure and great location for me. I was shocked I passed it up before... I have had several trailers over the years and different experiences. So far, this was the best.

Can not get the repairs done to my unit.

I have a 12x50 fully enclosed unit, and I have an outside parking spot as well. I have called customer service several times, asking them to do something about the water coming into my unit. They have not done one thing to help me. I have been a tenant with other units at this location for over two years. I am not happy with the call center being in Jamaica, I do not feel like they value me as a customer.

I like their new covered parking that makes it far easier especially when raining or snowing so no complaints form me it is gated fenced and has cameras so not bad.
