Looking for a storage unit can be very stressful but they made it simple and stress free. They walked you right thru the process and very helpful.

Renting a 10x10

The process was very quick and easy. I Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve that I was able to move in before the scheduled date; that made things a lot easier and better.

Called & they told me about special and how to do it all online. So simple aNd quick. Loved it

I was given the wrong box number

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easily accessible in the Bentonville area on Moberly ln. entry instructions on the key pad is convenient. A 5x10 will hold more stuff than you think it would. I thought it would be packed full but it still got room. The ceiling is about 8ft high in the 5x10

Loved how simple it was to get a storage

I really appreciated the fact it was very simple and the location worked out perfect. A few blocks from our house. 10/10 recommend

Quick and Easy

We have a 10x30 unit reserved. In this unit we have 3 bedrooms and a living room, kitchen, garage and 2 bathrooms full of items and still have plenty of room to utilize. We have never encountered any problems with our unit, paying at the kiosk or paying online. I would highly recommend utilizing SpareBox Storage.

Need new seals

Overall happy with the facility but my overhead door needs seal on my unit. Large gaps are available when door is closed leaving entry points for pests and rodents.

No numbers on the units

I reserved a 5x5 unit and there were no numbers anywhere on the door. I took pictures as proof in case something g happens . Contacted Customer service but since there are no humans on site , she was of no help.

Spare Box is amazing

I have absolutely no complaints about spare box storage. It has been a great experience storing with them. From the time I applied for a storage with them everything from customer service to cleanliness has been absolutely top of the line amazing. My unit is perfect size with a great price and I have never had a problem with getting in or out of the gate using my code and that is a plus.

After moving in, I noticed the door is missing molding on the bottom. I'm concerned about keeping rodents and water out?
