Not a good experience

Representative not on site and/or late. Unit was locked upon my arrival. Grounds and facility was not in good condition.

Manager was great. She was very helpful

The manager there was helpful the facilities were clean and the price was great everything worked out perfectly

This company was so great to me from...

This company was so great to me from online to in person. Some companies have great websites, however, when you arrive the experience doesn't reflect the advertising. Not here, it was just as accomdating. The representative was so kind and friendly. She was patient and understanding. I think what hurts companies is that they teach policy and procedures but forget you can't teach compassion. That is a trait you have or don't, so hiring a resourceful and caring person for customers is key. They did that here. Thank you for putting customers first.

Very professional nice attitude and curtious storages are very clean overall nice.

Christina is awesome! She did a wonderful job with my rental yesterday evening and I came in 10 mins before you guys were closing and she helped me out and was very sweet! Thanks for all your help Christina! I'll see ya on 11-1-17!

Marcus Robinson was wonderful in his run down of the property and customer service. Made the transition smooth .

Marcus Robinson was a great help. Being exhausted from the move all i wanted to do was to get the storage process over with. On my appt date all i needed to do was listen and i did just that Marcus were so detail about the information i needed to know about my unit ....the process was swift and easy ..thanks again Marcus

I had the pleasure of using Public Stroage on several different occasions but never have I had such a positive experience... Manager on duty "India" was such a great help... India was kind... Respectful... Friendly... She was professional and personable... I will recommend the use of the Huffman Road Public Storage based on her action alone... Thanks alot India!!

Came today and got my storage unit and the customer service was great! He gave me a great understanding about the unit and how everything works! Thanks Marcus Robinson on making sure I understood how everything works and the pointers!
