    Older facility, but well kept.

    Older facility, but well kept - clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous. They were very knowledgeable, explained everything.

    A misunderstanding.

    We had a misunderstanding as to move in time after hours. The only number I could get an answer on was for service on truck rentals. Jenelle was on duty and went way above and beyond to help me get in touch with the manager and get it straightened out. I am so thankful for all her help.
