Very large storage facility

My access code to the gate did not work. I had two moving trucks waiting in the pouring down rain. It took about 15 minutes to get a customer service rep or facility manager to assist me.

On arrival, my access code did not work the gate. It was pouring down rain and I had two moving trucks waiting to get into the property. It took approximately 15 minutes to get a manager, or assistant out to open the gate.

Clean and didn’t smell like bug spray!

The storage unit was clean and ready when I needed it. It also didn’t have the bug spray smell that the holiday shed I have has. Was awesome! Thank you!

Clean, professional friendly staff

I would highly recommend the Chestnut Ave facility. It was very easy to rent, exceptionally clean facility. Damien, at the front desk was friendly, professional and very helpful. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

First I want to say due to covid-19 everything has been a process very difficult but I do want to thank the storage unit for the convenience only wish it could stay open for 24 hours due to my graveyard shift but other than that the facility was very clean and I felt secure entering the premises and I felt secure leaving the premises. I truly would recommend this establishment to friends and family
