Customer service was top notch

The lady that helped me was accommodating and efficient. She made sure I got what I needed, even though it was close to closing time. I wish the prices were a bit cheaper. I saw a few in the area for around $ 20 cheaper, but unfortunately was under a time constraint and those were closed earlier on Sundays.

Arrived on time for my appointment. Store manager had everything ready gor me. Saw the unit, the unit was very clean as well as the facility. Very friendly store manager. Gave my don some bubbles which he loved. I recieved two key chains with my unit number on it, I really liked that!

i loved everything about this place from the location to the peaple. And the updates from Sparefoot on my phone were amazing

Seems to be a well-run storage facility, that had some thought put into the design and layout. I especially like that I can pull in out of the elements to load / unload. There are only two carts, perhaps there could be a third or fourth, as there are times when both are in use. The hours are decent, however it would be nice if it were a 24 hour facility or open to at least midnight?

Apart on having to wait almost an hour before I had to ask if I could rent a unit. For some reason they thought I was with the customer they were working with. Although the customer was taken to see the unit and I never interacted with the customer they thought I was with that customer?? I was standing at the counter and even sat down in in the waiting area waiting to be taken care of when another customer came in and was taken care right away. At that point I was ready to leave. That's when I asked can I rent a unit and told them I even had an appointment for 3:00. Lucky for U-Stor-It I live in a subdivision across the street and would be easy to access my unit. Other wise I would have just walked out! So it left a bad taste in my mouth, it's a great place to store your goods but they have to work on customer service.

The facility is very nice. I really like the fact that there is a indoor dock area to load and unload. Makes life a lot easier, when the weather isn't cooperating.
