Great Experience

Easy reservation process, thorough explanation of the contract and the space and got all my things in without a misstep.

Called right as they open yesterday and spoke with Ellen. She was a life saver, very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the layouts of the units. I would recommend anyone to go here.

Great experience and Ellen is a superstar. Just moved out of town VA Beach to Kansas, but have been using my 10'x20' external unit for over 14 months. Set up, automated online pay, late site access till 9pm, no hassle otherwise. Now the montly rate did go back up to the reg rate after the introductory first year, but they were good to notify me.

.I had this unit for about 6 months. Great storage unit at a pretty good price The help from Ellen at this property. was the best you will ever get. She made you feel very comfortable and helped in any way possible. When i first got there i was not sure what type of unit i needed and Ellen talked to me and directed me in the perfect unit at a great price. she also helped me with moving advice and things i may need. I once lost my keys to my lock and when i called Ellen assisted me in getting into my unit and getting a new lock with no worries at all. when moving out of the unit Ellen was there again to help the checkout process go just as smooth as it could and even assisting me with some small trash that needed to be disposed of. All around a wonderful experience. It's very nice to see someone who cares and enjoys there job as much as Ellen does. Thanks Ellen!

BEST SERVICE EVER

The units are clean and secure (coded gate) and convenient. Outdoor access, but office at the front of the facility is very helpful with anything you need, like help with gate, hand truck, etc. Ellen is friendly and the most helpful and dedicated manager of storage units we have ever met - and we have moved a lot. She should get an award or bonus or something!
