I've used Public Storage multiple times over the past 15 years or so. I always use the climate controlled units and they keep all of my storage in good condition. Staff has always been helpful and responsive to my needs.

I came in for some packing supplies and Cris was very accommodating. Would recommend to others

Jordan was SO helpful!! As a first time storage unit owner, I had a LOT of questions, and he patiently answered each one in a way that I could actually understand, which was so refreshing and helpful!! Not to mention he listened empathetically while I ranted about the illegal eviction that caused me to get this unit in the first place (landlord dies, daughter inherits house and wants to sell it very quickly, so she changes all the locks one day!! Insane, and illegal, and he listened to the whole story with compassion and caring.) Really fantastic service, I would definitely recommend this place especially for first timers!!

The day that I "checked in" to the storage area, the manager came back from lunch early to accommodate my schedule. The unit itself is clean and just as described on the website.
