Everything was good. It’s a old unit and could be better clean but it’s not bad. The associate Ms Nitze was very kind and helpful.

Very good overall

Mitzie was helpful removing a faulty lock replacing it with a new one at no charge. The AC unit wasn't working by our unit and she was mopping the floor concerned we'd slip. She was nice all around and we had a good laugh with her too. The only reason for the 4 star and not 5 is that we paid good money for an air conditioned unit which keeps freezing up and dripping. Creating a puddle outside our unit, hence the mopping. Of course this is no reflection on Mitzie, she is not to blame for the faulty AC. The property is well-lit and in a good location.

Customer service is somewhat easy to work with not the quickest to get back to you if they need to answer question but friendly none the less. Units are decent. The most well kept but usable

I was disappointed with the service.

Rache took ove transaction from John and she was nice and recognized my birthday and helped me. I stayed because of her. If John was the only one I would have left. If company want more details please call me.
