    Seal on the bottom of my units roll down door needs replaced

    Friendly and affordable. Needs to be maintained a little bit. Mostly talking about door seals. Maybe a little paint. But over all I’m happy

    Assistant Manager Ann Malcolm is fantastic

    Nice lady but poor set up

    When I checkerboard in I was briefed a different monthly price than what was initially agreed on. Also the latch on my storage door was broke and I was forced to buy another lock.

    The only thing is when my drivers license was copied it was not given back to me and now I have to go back and hopefully it's still in the scanner

    convenient & priced right

    Only drawback was that I had to go one place to sign the lease and the facility itself was another installation several miles away. I had signed up on line 2 months prior to occupancy and they recognized the pricing in the reservation even though they had raised prices in the interim. Odd thing was that they assigned us a unit when we executed the lease but by the time (10 minutes later) we got to the facility, they had phoned in a change in units - same size, same approximate location.

    Arrived at the office. Representative was very helpful on going over all the details of my contract as well as locker location. Storage locker was as advertised and was able to move in all belongings same day.
